Spotlight Profiling –
Single Session

Intensive session focusing on individual strengths using a Spotlight (science-based) Profiling tool and 121 coaching. Decision-making and adaptability strategies to use time and time again throughout the prolfile session.

Together I will work with each team member to bring their profile to life by bringing it into everyday personal and professional contexts enabling each member to become more flexible and adaptable.

Support via WhatsApp, to make positive and courageous changes with impact for 30 days after the session. (optional)

Accountability call 1-month after the session.

6 months intensive face to face bi-weekly sessions online including Spotlight & Openmind profiling (limited to 4 clients a year)
