I am an alcohol-free and re-discovery coach, specialising in helping people to change their relationship with alcohol or stop drinking completely. This involves the deep exploratory work around the reasons that people drink, how to deal with cravings and triggers, uncovering and working through any ambivalence that people may have around alcohol. I work with clients to provide them with tools for living an alcohol-free life or the tools to support them to successfully take a break from alcohol. Following on from this, much of the work I do with clients is around re-discovery. Many of my clients find, that when they remove alcohol, or significantly cut down, there is a period of readjustment. I work to guide them to rediscover themselves, answering the bigger questions around who they really are, what they really want, what their values are, and what brings them joy.

Having completed an ICF accredited diploma in Positive Psychology Coaching and an additional Alcohol-Free Coaching qualification, I work with clients on a 1-1 basis, in a group coaching setting, I run workshops and run alcohol-free programmes. I have experience working in mental health settings and community drug and alcohol services. Having struggled with my own relationship with alcohol for many years, working in the wine industry and owning my own wine company, I made the decision to remove alcohol from my life completely. I did this by combining a group coaching programme, with 1-1 coaching. This has been transformational, and has allowed me to re-discover myself and fall in love with life again. I now love working with others to help them to do the same.
