Business,Couples TherapyI am a couples and relationship coach and therapist. Often, I help couples whose relationships are floundering, sometimes because of an affair, but it could also be because of communication issues, one has changed and other hasn’t, differences in dealing with children and teenagers, or they need help navigating lifestyle choices like polyamory or even kink-based relationships.
Work is often a mixture of therapy if needed, and more coaching style interventions.
It’s not always couples. I often work with people pondering their relationships and who want a safe space to explore what’s going on, as well as people who need help with a work colleague, business partner or teenager or young adult.

Recommendations & Testimonials
Paula is friendly, knowledgeable and authoritative, whilst balancing well the ability to listen and help identify and reflect core issues. She explains the ‘mind mechanics’ and provides the cerebral tools required to move forward both in critical situations but more generally in life’s outlook.
For me, Paula’s sessions provided the key and outlook that when integrated with other influences, ultimately enabled additional development that propelled me to reach a level of self-awareness, daily happiness and life fulfilment that would not have seemed possible. Thank you Paula.
I found working with Paula extremely helpful. I felt listened to and understood. Paula has a great breadth of knowledge and can offer insights that shift embedded thoughts. She is always calm and constructive. She is also kind and encouraging to my negative self-criticism. She offers an action after each session which I find keeps me focused on what I need to do to get further in either getting rid of my issue or getting closer to my goal.
